This heavy black skirt has a drawstring and elastic waist (one size fits most), 36 inches to hem, 3 inches inlay velvet hem banding w/sequins and gold embroidery. Shisha mirror inlay on the body of the skirt, with multicolored embroidery. The hem is 375 inches around.
