Magda’s uniquely inspired style of Middle Eastern Dance draws from her twenty-four year passion for the art of movement and her eclectic taste in music. She applies her affinity towards Middle Eastern cultural influences such as Arabic, Turkish and Egyptian, as well as Roma and Greek, to create a visually captivating atmosphere through music and motion. The result is a rich tapestry of interpretive dance presented in a sensual, spontaneous style full of spirit and lust for life. In her own words, “Belly dancing really comes from inside the person. Belly Dance Parties are a fun way to enjoy being with your friends and learn a marvelous dance form at the same time! What could be more fun than a bride and her closest friends learning to belly dance before her big day? Birthday parties and bridal shower parties start at $150 for one hour (there is an extra fee for long-distance travel), and that includes a performance with a lesson included, and coin hip scarves are provided for use during the lesson. Performances at family gatherings, weddings, birthdays, shower parties, etc. have a 20 minute performance, including dancing for the person/s of honor and with the guests at the event. The fee starts at $150 (there is an extra fee for long-distance travel). All parties include performance in full costume with veil and zils (finger cymbals). If you desire cane dancing, there must be enough room. Please specify when you are booking your party. Choose from Arabic, Turkish, Greek, Roma (Gypsy), or Eastern European music. Cash, Visa or Master Card is accepted. |
